Welcome to Unstuck With Jerica.  These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using this website and participating in any coaching services offered through it. 1. Services Offered
Unstuck with Jerica provides coaching services designed to help clients overcome procrastination, reduce anxiety-driven avoidance, and follow through on their goals. These services are not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice. Coaching is intended for educational, motivational, and personal development purposes only.

2. Client Responsibility
By working with Unstuck with Jerica, you agree to take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process—your results depend on your commitment to showing up and engaging with the process.

3. Payments & Refunds
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of coaching, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered once a program has started. If you experience issues, please reach out so we can discuss potential solutions.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited unless due to emergency or prior arrangement.

5. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law. This includes all written, verbal, and electronic communications.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methods, and resources provided by Sychologie LLC are the intellectual property of Sychologie LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
By using this website and participating in coaching, you agree that Sychologie LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or outcomes resulting from your use of the services. You understand that results are not guaranteed.

8. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its proper functioning. We reserve the right to terminate access to services if misuse is detected.

9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are made constitutes your agreement to those changes.
